over the years i have tried many diffrent LHR parking options, switched to EL a few months back and very pleased. always on time for drop off and collection, If I am early arriving for drop off then they will come out early. Car has been returned cleaned and in same condition as I left it. I use EL for long stay, typically 10-25 days.

Excellent Service. Called when they said they would and was met upon my arrival at the airport. Upon my return, they actually called me as I was about to call them! Walked through from baggage claim and the car arrived at the designated meeting place around a minute after I got there. This is my first time using Edward Lloyd and will definitely be using them again.

I have used your service for the first time. You were recommended to me by Peter Hopston, who has been using your service for years. As I am a regular (almost weekly international traveller) the service is really good. I am happy with the drop off and pick up service. The car was nicely cleaned on the outside. Peter had told me that the car always is washed and hoovered inside as well. My car was however not hoovered / cleaned inside, which was a little disappointment. I hope this will be done next time. Second time using Edward Lloyd overall very happy with the service although delivering the car on return could have been quicker as we were standing out in the cold. Car was returned nice and clean an added bonus.

Your driver was fantastic, really excellent. We were held up in traffic on our outward journey and he waited for us and kept taking our calls and offering advice. On our return you called us promptly. We were late in arriving and we had a little wait at T5 for our car but overall we were very satisfied with your service.
