The service at both ends of our journey from terminal 3 was exemplary. The drivers were courteous and efficient. Most importantly our car was waiting for us outside the terminal on our arrival and had just received a free wash!

Very efficient service - we were going out from terminal one and back in to five and the BA strike cancelled our flight back. Edward Lloyd M&G were on the ball and contacted us to check new flight details. Prompt and efficient both ways - lovely to come back to a clean car too!

I can't praise this service enough. The staff were precisely on time, courteous and very helpful. The icing on the cake was that my dirty car was returned cleaned at no cost. I will definitely use you again.

excellent service, used other companies in past and this was most efficient. Calls made to me to check all OK en-route to clarify arrival time with appropriate follow up calls. Saved me having to make call! Driver was waiting on arrival both for drop off and collection and very quick process.
 

I use EL M&G for every trip I take and so far the 5 times I have used in the last year have been brilliant. Will use again and reccomend highly.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this company. (Also the assistance from Park & Go enquiry personnel was very informative, helpful, patient & polite.) They were on time at the pick up point, and very importantly for me were able to assist with luggage as I was travelling with my parents who have mobility problems. The return pick up was also excellent arived within 10 minutes from my call from baggage claim. Also my car had been washed and valeted, wonderful.

Using the Meet and Greet couldn't have been easier or more convenient. It makes for an entirely stress-free arrival at the airport. I'd highly recommend it!

Phone call and pick-up were made exactly as promised. The car was looked after and washed; unexpected bonus! Only down point was not giving us an estimate for the time for the car to arrive when we returned. Standing outside T4 in that cold wind for nearly 15 minutes was not pleasant. Overall, I would recommend and use your company again.

Very efficient service with driver awaiting our arrival @ Heathrow for both drop-off and return;even gave him a £10 tip for his giving my car wash & go!
