I have always had the highest service from Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet, beyond all expectations. Earlier this week my family and I missed a flight back from Lisbon, an expensive and frustrating mistake. Edward Lloyd meet and Greet not only did not charge me extra for the extra day, they also washed my car when they heard, "to put a smile back on my face" as they put it.

Our arrival went faultlessly. Excellent. On the return journey we called before arriving at the baggage collect. However we were just too quick and arrived at the collection point before the car. It was a pleasant day so the rather draughty site was not too cold. The cleaning of the car was much appreciated. Overall a very acceptable experience. Would we use the Co. again? Yes! Thanks.

Edward lloyd provided an excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Their meet and greet valet parking service was as cheap as most of the standard parking costs. On arrival I was met by a very polite and pleasant rep. On returning to Heathrow I had to wait for a few minutes before my car was returned to me but as I only had hand luggage I got through immigration very quickly. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone flying out of Heathrow and will use them again in the future.

Used the service at Heathrow. Driver was waiting at the agreed time. On return we had a 10 minute wait but no problems. I would use them again and recommend Edward Lloyd. Fist class service and well priced.

Excellent service! We arrived early but the company were happy to change the meeting time. The telephone contact at Edward Lloyd and the driver who met us were both friendly and helpful. An equally good service on our return. We will definitely use the company again.

Highly recommend. Arrived at Heathrow an hour before I had planned but on phoning they sent someone out straight away, did a good check of the car. On return again we were early and phoned from baggage hall and they sent a driver within ten minutes. Very pleasant guy who helped with bags, validated the exit ticket etc. Can't fault them and would use again without a doubt

So far Edward Lloyd has been the most efficient service we have used, having used quite a few. They were there when we arrived at the airport (the only people to ring us before we got to airport) and on our return they arrived as we exited the terminal to pick the car up. We would recommend Edward Lloyd no problem.

The total Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet experience was exceptional. They rang 30 minutes before we arrived at Heathrow as they said they would, gave us good instructions and were there to meet us at T5. Where they met us and collected the car was only minutes from check in. On our return we rang them and the car was back with us, in a convenient location a few minutes from baggage reclaim, in around 15 minutes. Both times the guy we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. A brilliant service for the price.

I was very impressed by the high efficiency of the service, the friendliness of the greeters and the overall very high standard of the service offered. I was also very pleased by how reasonable the cost was. I will recommend Edward Lloyd to any traveling friends and would not hesitate to use them again. It was the first time I'd used this type of service and thought it was excellent, I will always do it. The person was there when we arrived at the airport so no hanging around and when we returned was with us within 5 minutes.

Good level of service going, a phone call to check our time of arrival, no issues transferring the car at Heathrow. Return was a problem with the quantity of people trying to find transport. Not Ed Lloyd fault but I would have appreciated more help with the luggage and a cleaner car. I would use them again all things considered.
