Fantastic service that could not be faulted. Called us en-route to see how our journey to LHR was progressing and when we had trouble finding the car park (went to business car park as opposed to the short stay, business fast track) they were on hand to give us directions. On our return the car was in the car park before we were. First time user and will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

The website was easy to use, the meeting point at terminal 5 Heathrow was very convenient and the person collecting and delivering the car was both efficient and charming. After all this good service, the price was the most competitive. I will book again. thank you.

I recently used Edward LLoyd meet and greet at heathrow and found the service excellent can not fault them at all. On my way to the airport I received a call checking on my progress and time of arrival which was good as we were running slightly late. I gave them an estimated time of arrival which in actual fact was right on the button. I was asked to phone them when we were approaching the airport which I did. We parked up where we were told and the driver was there in minutes giving us enough time to unload our luggage and do final checks. Will definitely use again. A very good service even on our return. Great value and courteous staff.

Fantastic, highly professional service. Very easy to use and great value for money. Upon our return the driver was waiting with our car as we came out of Terminal 3 - no waiting required. Thank you. We will be using Edward Lloyd for all our LHR car parking from now on.

Excellent! We've used Valet Parking for many years, but this was the first time we'd used Edward Lloyd at LHR T5. We arrived an hour before our ETA (for once, no delays on the UK's motorways) but they were unphased and met our car almost immediately. The driver was polite, friendly and efficient. On our return our car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the meeting point. And a great price! What more could you want 5/5.

A very speedy and efficient service, nice friendly driver who helped me with my luggage etc. Which was great as I was traveling alone. Would highly recommend Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet and will definitely use them again.
