I parked 2 cars for 2 weeks using the meet & greet service it was excellent I had to cut my journey short due to a family bereavment Edward Lloyd refunded the difference without even asking as I didn't expect it, I was also 1 hour late due to terrible traffic on my way to heathrow which was also no problem for them at all & on my return my car was there waiting for me once I had collected my luggage & it was cheaper than doing a park & ride definitley will use them again.

We used the park and go service at Heathrow operated by Edward Lloyd and we were very impressed with the service.We were delayed getting to the airport due to traffic but could liaise with Edward LLoyd during the final stages of the journey and their operative was waiting for us when we arrived,On our return we contacted them and the car was returned in a few minutes.I would definitley recommend this service and will use the service again when flying from Heathrow.

The process worked really very well. We had to amend our arrival times and terminal at teh last minute, but these were responded to with no difficulty. On arrival, we expected problems as it was the time of the heavy snowfall, but the car had arrived before we had cleared customs. All in all we will use it again.

I was very pleased with the service. The car was picked up promptly. It was delivered the same despite my arrival delay of over 12 hours. Value for money. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definatelly use again. Thank you to the driver who got up so early in the bitter cold to bring my car in!

Service was good. the driver was there on time on depature and also there on time on arrival. Our flight was delayed and this was no problem for the driver who brought our car back.
