This is the third time we have used Edward Lloyd and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Even when we arrived 45 minutes earlier than booked, they are accommodating and every-one I spoke to (both on the telephone and in person) are helpful and friendly. I will definatley be using EL again.

I have used Edward Lloyd parking 4 or 5 times in the last couple of years. I have always been very pleased with the service that they provide, especially as it is only slightly more expensive than the company that I used to use. Flying into and out of T5 is a dream, we landed and were on the M25 within 45 minutes, T3 is still good but takes a bit longer.

As ever, total reliability from your drivers - excellent service!

Great service, both going out and when we returned. Timings were spot on and so easy to just step out of the car and fly off on holiday. Will definitely use these guys again.

first class service i was met when dropping off my car and upon my return again my car was waiting for me. this was especially impressive as i returned on a later flight than planned ( missed connection ) and i could not update edward Lloyd about this fact. thanks i will use again.

Excellent service, always helpful, polite and prompt.

I have used a number of different companies for valet parking - and waited until I had used Edward Lloyd twice before I wrote this review. The service has been excellent. Good communication on departure and return (indeed, some extremely useful local traffic advice was given, without which, I would have missed my flight). The car has always been there - so no waiting around in the cold. I will definitely be recommending to colleagues.
