Was met at airport within 5 mins of arrival (notified that I would be late) and on return was met promptly with clean car. Significantly better service than some other M&G services I have used recently!

this is the second time we have used your service and we we will use you again. the service would have been rated perfect if (1) the radio dial had been returned to the station that we had left it on when we dropped off the car and (2) the passenger car seat position had been returned to the position it was in when we dropped off the car.

On time, very courteous, and did us an enormous favour when we had no diesel due to the potential tanker strike and filled up the tank as we were unable to get any diesel before departing - very helpful indeed!
