Meet & Greet arrival at Heathrow was very good. We phoned in advance to say we would arrive earlier than planned and a driver was there waiting. Some slight confusion on our return when we were given directions as for Terminal 5 but we were at Terminal 3! Once that confusion was realised, everything was straightforward. Would certainly use this service again - excellent value!

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet. Excellent service. Only a few pounds more than parking miles away off airport, and they washed my car for me. Worth every penny. Very convenient and very efficient. Thank you.

Excellent. Had to wait a few minuties when I got to the car park for the man to arrive to collect the car but both drop off and pick up they were both very polite (and the car washed) Great service

Very good service, takes all the hassle out of airport parking. Miscalculated arrival time at Heathrow and despite arriving hour earlier they were still there to meet us on arrival. Would definitely use them again.

Upon my return, the driver went to the wrong terminal so I had to wait 15 mins. After a long overnight flight with no sleep, one's patience is somewhat a little less forthcoming...

Edward Llyod's service was excellent. The driver was there to meet us at the agreed time and helped us unload our car. On our return, the car was brought to the meeting place quickly and again we were helped with our luggage. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I dropped my car in a working order but when I collected it as I was collecting it from the quick up and drop off section outside of terminal 1 I did not have enough time due to waiting time restrictions to check my car. Within 5 - 10 minutes of driving the car on the motorway I realised that one of my mirrors was not working properly. Needless to say I had a very exhausting and not to mention dangerous drive home for nearly 2 hours on Friday evening as I could not see out of one of my mirrors. The pick and up and drop off collection service is very good but ensure you check the car thoroughly before driving away.

Excellent service and did exactly as advertised. The nice part was 20 minutes before arrival someone phoned to confirm where we would meet and enquired our location to confirm rendez vous. Will definitely recommend to friends excellent service
