Very good service, will use again.

I have been using EL for close to 2 years every month. the service has always been excellent with meet and greet on time even when Ihave had to change plans at the last few moments.

You were 20 minutes late on arrival for the drop off, but redeemed yourself upon our return arriving just after we left got out of the terminal building, and yes I would use your service again at Heathrow.

No problem with waiting around for drop off or collection like in some of the previous reviews. Will definitely use again.

My only gripe would be not being able to understand the gentleman who answered my call upon returning to Heathrow to collect my car. I could not understand which level, where my car would be or how long the driver would be. Otherwise a very good service and happily use again.

Thank you Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet. Your service was excellent and we asked a lot of you when our return flight was re-directed to a different airport and then delayed last night. Our greeter/meeter was still very pleasant and turned up ahead of time. I have used your service in the Past and will use it again.
