Excellent Service, as usual

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH, INCLUDING THE DELIVERY SERVICE, WHICH WITH SOME CAN BE VERY DISAPPOINTING AFTER A LONG FLIGHT. EDWARD LLOYD WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT. POLITE AND MEANT WHAT THEY SAID WHEN THEY OFFERED FREE CAR WASHING BEFORE RETURN - THE CAR WAS PRISTINE! WHEN COMPARED TO THE OTHERS THAT I HAVE USED THEY COME OUT WAY AHEAD.

Would have been 5 stars but had to wait over 30 mins when collecting car on return. Would use again though.

I received an excellent service despite arriving early and returning late Edward Lloyd were able to facilitate and we did not have to wait for the collection or delivery of the vehicle. I shall continue to use their services.

Always a pleasure to use your company - efficient service, friendly employees. Totally takes the sting out of driving from Wales to London and home again. Nice to come home to a clean car too!

I have used Edward Lloyd many times for business and personal trips from Heathrow for at least a year now. I have found the service to be friendly and most importantly reliable. The car always comes back gleaming as they include a car wash as part of the service. I would not hesitate to recommend booking with Edward Lloyd for anyone that wants a fast, friendly and reliable meet and greet service at Heathrow.

Car waiting for us when we came out of arrivals which was excellent, clean too! However as we arrived at Heathrow a lot earlier than anticipated as the roads were clear, we waited outside departures for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the car. They arrived at the time that we had originally requested the pick up so I am not sure how flexible their arrangements are. It is very diffficult to anticipate arrival time at Heathrow when using the M25. I will use Edward Lloyd again though as overall the experience was good.

First time I had used this service (recommendation from my friend Charles Roundell) and I found it to be very good. I will use it whenever I fly from Heathrow with the family now. Would have given a 5 rating but had to wait 5-10 minutes on arrival at Heathrow.

First time used Edward Lloyd and would definitely do so again. Very reasonably priced and easy instructions re parking and pick up. Only had to wait a few minutes for the car to be picked up and after a long and tiring journey,the car was ready and waiting for us when we returned. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have just used this meet and greet service for the first time and will definately use it again. apart from me missing the entrance to level 4 of the car park-my fault- i had no trouble at all. The Meet and greet people were very helpful and patient with me while I kept driving around terminal 5! everything was very smooth coming back. All in all, far simpler than going to a car park, quicker-even with 3 laps of the terminal!- and very good value. big thanks to all.
