Once again the service from Edward Lloyd was excellent. Both drop-off and pick up were completely trouble free, no hanging around waiting. Polite and friendly staff. What a week. Dust storms working in Abu Dharbi - Luggage stolen in Cairo! One thing went perfect though, meet & greet at Heathrow airport by Edward Lloyd. I just wish you ran an airline as well.

Never a problem and the car comes back lovely and clean. Wish they had a Phone land line though. Mobiles are sometimes difficult to get through!

This was the second time which we have used Edward Lloyd (Dec to Jan) and would reccommend without hesitation. In fact we already have plans to use a third time. Pick up and drop off is efficient even when arriving 45 minutes early at Heathrow! Thank you Edward Lloyd parking!

Very fast efficient service, we waited about 2 minutes for someone to take the car. On return we phoned as we left baggage reclaim and were told the car was waiting for us, so we were on our way home in a matter of minutes. Fantastic service at a great price.
