Excellent service as usual. I inadvertantly left my phone in the car at Heathrow. Your people made sure it was safe and secure, and locked in the glove box when I returned on Friday. Thank you.

Second time using Edward Lloyd overall very happy with the service although delivering the car on return could have been quicker as we were standing out in the cold. Car was returned nice and clean an added bonus.

Your driver was fantastic, really excellent. We were held up in traffic on our outward journey and he waited for us and kept taking our calls and offering advice. On our return you called us promptly. We were late in arriving and we had a little wait at T5 for our car but overall we were very satisfied with your service.

Great service, car was cleaned, warm and waiting out side the air port when we got back, much better than a bus transfer to a cold car! Good value for money and will use the service again.
