This is the 2nd time I have used this service and both times I have received excellent customer service and my car was picked up and returned on time. Using this service makes life so much easier when normally I am completely stressed at having to park and ride with a heavy suitcase. I have recommended this service to anyone I know who is going to the airport. I will use again (as soon as I can afford another holiday!.Thank you

I was very pleased with the service. The main thing for me was that after a long flight home I did not have to wait a long time for the car to be delivered back to me. Would use again.

I always use Edward Lloyd Meet & greet when flying from Heathrow T1,2&3. They are great value for money. I have used the service probably 20 times and only once has my car been late in the return process.

I would certainly recommend The meet and greet services provided by EDward LLloyd ther were very helpful on time for both pick up and collect in fact I was. 45 mins early for dropping my car off andthey were more than accommodating and were waiting for me at T5 heathrow I also used their car valet service which was very reasonable overall a great service. Thank you !!!

Waiting for me when I arrived. But my flight back landed early and after calling when my luggage arrived and going to the car park, I had to wait about 10 minutes.

Really helpful people - the car got to the pick up point before I did!
 

Great service and a good price

I absolutely loved the service you provided - it was a treat to have a smiling face to collect my car so i could simply go on hoiday and then a smile to greet me with my car on my return (even though not cleaned!) I will definitely use this service again and i will recommend you to others

I found the service to be fast, smooth and efficient on the outward departure and despite being diverted, delayed and generally messed about, just as smooth and efficient on my final eventual return to Heathrow. Would use again and recommend without second thought.

Edward Lloyd were prompt and erfficient. I like the way the telephoned before hand to check out accurate arrival time.

The service at both ends of our journey from terminal 3 was exemplary. The drivers were courteous and efficient. Most importantly our car was waiting for us outside the terminal on our arrival and had just received a free wash!

Very efficient service - we were going out from terminal one and back in to five and the BA strike cancelled our flight back. Edward Lloyd M&G were on the ball and contacted us to check new flight details. Prompt and efficient both ways - lovely to come back to a clean car too!
